Article 1 [Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate all matters related to the conditions of use and operation of the service of “Spring Cloud” (hereinafter “Site”).

Article 2 Definition of Terms

The definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

① Member: A user who agrees to the terms and conditions of the site and provides personal information to register as a member, and who signs a contract with the site and uses the site.
② Use Agreement: A contract between the site and members in relation to the use of the site.
③ Member ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for member identification and member service use.
④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm that the member is a member consistent with the ID given and to protect the member's rights and interests.
⑤ Operator: An operator who opens and operates a website in the service.
⑥ Termination: A member cancels the contract of use.

Article 3 Rules other than the terms and conditions

The operator may notify and guide the operating policy separately if necessary, and if these terms and conditions overlap with the operating policy, the operating policy takes precedence.

Article 4 Concluding a contract of use

① The contract of use is established by the consent of the operator for the consent of the person who registers as a member to use the site and the consent of the person who wishes to use the site and the application for subscription.

② In order to provide a continuous and stable site, the operator may request the site to repair or restore the facility without delay when there is a failure or loss of the facility. Article 8 Obligations of Members

① Members must comply with the matters notified by the site and related laws, such as the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, various regulations set by the operator, notices and operating policies, and other acts that interfere with the work of the site, damage the reputation of the site You must not do what you do.
② Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to another person without the express consent of the site, and cannot provide it as collateral.
③ Customers must pay great attention to managing their ID and password, and cannot provide their ID to a third party without the consent of the operator or site.
④ Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of operators, sites and third parties.

Article 9 Service Usage Hours

① As a rule, service usage hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special business or technical obstacle. However, the site may temporarily suspend service on the day or time set by the site for periodic system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and temporary suspension of service due to scheduled work is notified in advance on the site's homepage, so please refer to it from time to time.
② However, the site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
- In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure or malfunction
- In case of force majeure such as national emergency, blackout, natural disaster, etc.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

① If a member wishes to terminate the use contract with the site, the member himself/herself must apply for cancellation of registration online. Meanwhile, you must terminate the use contract for the site separately from the termination of use of the site.
② As the site-related program provided by the site is automatically deleted from the member management screen at the same time as the cancellation application, the operator can no longer view the cancellation requester's information.

Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use

Members must not engage in any of the following acts, and in the case of such acts, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take legal action, and may terminate the use contract or suspend the service by setting a period.
① An act of registering false information when registering as a member or changing information after signing up
② An act of interfering with other people's use of the site or stealing information
③ An act of impersonating the site's management, staff, or related person
④ An act of violating the moral or intellectual property rights of the site or other third parties or interfering with the business

Article 12 Management of Posts

① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and data on the site. Operators must always monitor for bad posts and materials, and if they find or report bad posts and materials, they must delete the posts and materials and give notice to the member who registered them.
On the other hand, since the publisher is responsible for the postings posted by the user member, the member himself/herself should not post posts that violate these Terms of Use.
② If there is a request for correction from public institutions such as the Information Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the member.
③ The criteria for judging bad posts are as follows.
- In the case of content that severely insults or damages the reputation of other members or third parties
- Distributing or linking content that violates public order and morals
- If the content promotes illegal copying or hacking
- If the advertisement is for profit
- In the case of content that is objectively recognized as being related to a crime
- In case of infringement of other rights such as copyright with other users or third parties
- If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws
④ The site and the operator may temporarily suspend posting (stop transmission) when a third party requests to suspend posting on the grounds of defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights, etc. , If an agreement or other equivalent decision of the related organization is made and received on the site, it will be followed.

Article 13 Storage of Posts

If the site operator is to discontinue this site due to unavoidable circumstances, the member will be notified in advance and all measures will be taken to facilitate the transfer of posts.

Article 14 Copyright for Posts

Article 15 Compensation for damages

① All civil and criminal responsibilities arising from this site are primarily with the member himself.
